Processing
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies on items ordered. Your order may contain items printed and fulfilled directly from the printer.
In stock Fulfilled by me- please allow 1-10 days for your order to ship
Handmade to Order/Customized - Review item description for more details
Fulfilled by Printer (POD items)- please allow up to 10 days for items being fulfilled by the printer.
Shipping
US Domestic Orders
Order are shipped from California. Rates are calculated based on weight & size at checkout. All shipments include tracking numbers shipped with USPS.
International Orders
I am currently only offering US Domestic shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
If you have a problem with your order I highly encourage you to reach out to me and I will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. I want my customers to be satisfied with their order and experience of shopping in my store.
Cancelations & Refunds
To cancel an order the order must not have been shipped out. You can contact me at youraveragenerdstudio@gmail.com with any requests, please include your order number. Deposits made on custom orders are non-refundable. Completed custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds are only made on a case by case basis and will only be approved if certain criteria are met. Partial or full refunds will not be given on orders where delivery is the result of customer error.
Customer error includes but is not limited to:
- Customer moving without informing me before the item is shipped
- Customer has moved and package was delivered to original provided address AND package is UNABLE to be sent back to me. A new product can't be sent out unless the previously delivered product is mailed back.
- No person at home of the address
- ADDRESSE does not live at the address provided by customer
- Address is not USPS Verified
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 10 days upon delivery of your items(s) to make sure all is correct.
